Making Our Move to MeLCat!

The Camden Twp. Library is in the process of moving our Interlibrary Loan program (ILL) to the statewide MeLCat program.  This new ILL program will enable us to borrow from hundreds of libraries across Michigan, including many colleges and universities.  Once our transfer is complete, patrons in good standing will be able to make their own requests instead of having to go through library staff members to find the books you need.  Want a sneak peak of how the new program will work?  Go to http://www.mel.org and click the MeLCat link in the center of the page.  You can search all you want, but until we are “live” with MeLCat, your requests will still have to go through our staff members.

Spring has finally arrived!

As you begin your plans to head outdoors, don’t forget to stop at the Camden Twp. Library.  We have books on gardening, lawn care, and  do-it-yourself manuals for all kinds of projects.  Don’t forget to pick up a great read or video for relaxing after the Spring cleaning work is done!

If you have begun your spring cleaning inside, here’s a quick reminder of our donation policy.  The Camden Twp. Library gladly accepts donations of Books, Videos, DVDs, Music CDs and Magazines.  We ask that they be in usable condition.
