The Camden Twp. Library offers the following Print Resources:

Reference Materials including maps, dictionaries, encyclopedias and more.
Local History/Genealogy - includes local school year books, county cemetary books, and photos

Audio/Video Resources

The Camden Twp. Library offers a large selection of A/V materials:

Audio Books for all ages on both Cassette and CD
Music CDs - Pop, Rock, Country, Classical, Christian, Children’s, Christmas, and more!
Language CDs for basic Spanish, French and Italian
VHS Tapes - 100’s of movie titles for all ages
DVD Movies - Over 600 titles available
**note** There is a $1.00 checkout fee on each DVD title.

Computers & Internet

The Camden Twp. Library has a total of 9 public-use computers:

1 Card Catalog computer
1 Offline Computer loaded with tons of Kids’ games
2 Unfiltered Computers - you must be 18 years or older to use these
5 Filtered Computers

All internet-accessible computers also feature Microsoft Office 2007 programs.

Children under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign an internet permission slip to use our filtered internet computers.
Note: As of 4-6-09, all patrons 18 years or older must also have a signed internet agreement on file to use our public-access computers.

Wi-Fi is available for patrons with laptops.  A Password is required to access this service

Electronic Resources:
The Camden Twp. Library provides the following at no cost to its patrons:
Tumble Book Library - an online site providing 100’s of read-to-me & read-along stories and follow-up activities.
MeL - Michigan Electronic Library - Network of sites providing many Databases, Information & State-Wide Library Loan service.
COMING SOON: OverDrive - an online service for audiobooks & ebooks.

 

Fee-Based Services

The following services are available at the Camden Twp. Library at a small cost to the patron:

Copy & Print Services:
Black & White: $.10 per page
Color: $.25 per page
Laminating Services:
Wallet or Business Card size - $.25 each
4 x 6 or 5 x 7 size: $.50 each
8 x 10 size: $1.00 each
Fax services:
New Pricing:
$2.00 per fax - unlimited pages (incoming or outgoing)
Note: single page faxes are only $1.00
Out-of-Service-Area-Fee: $5.00 per year
